Who you contract with

GoCreate is provided by Hjaldahl Group AB, company registration number 559225-3701, VAT number SE559225370101, Olaigatan 8 c, 703 39 Örebro, Sweden, email contact@gocreate.se. When you use GoCreate you are contracting with Hjaldahl Group AB.

By continuing to use the service you agree to these terms as updated from time to time. If you do not agree, stop using the service.

The service

GoCreate is a browser-based digital studio with Sketch (drawing and painting) and Animate (animation), a personal studio for adults and a family room with children’s profiles. The service is free to use, including Advanced mode. The Star brush is an optional digital add-on described below.

Accounts and family

Adult accounts are for people aged 18 or over. An adult can create a personal studio, a family, or both. Children use profiles added by a responsible adult and approved connected devices. You must have the authority to act for the child and handle the information you provide. If you use the service for an organisation, you must have authority to bind it.

Provide accurate information and keep it up to date. Protect email access and children’s PINs; you are responsible for activity under your account. Do not share verification links or codes. Let us know if you suspect unauthorised access. Device connections and family roles are technical access controls, not proof of parental responsibility.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the service. This includes using it for unlawful purposes or unlawful content, fraud, spam, threats or harassment; infringing anyone’s intellectual property; distributing malware; attempting unauthorised access, probing or circumventing security features or technical limits; automated scraping; or reverse engineering, reselling or redistributing the service or the Star brush.

Your work

You keep the rights to material you create. You give Hjaldahl Group AB a limited, non-exclusive permission to store, technically process, back up and display your material solely to provide the service to you and authorised users. This gives us no ownership and no right to publish your work in marketing.

Only upload material you have the necessary rights to use. Rights holders who believe material infringes their rights can contact contact@gocreate.se; we may remove such material and suspend accounts for repeated infringement.

Our rights

Hjaldahl Group AB owns the service and all intellectual property in it, including software, brushes, interface, documentation, the GoCreate name and branding. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service and the features available to you for personal use under these terms.

Star brush, price and payment

The Star brush is an optional one-time purchase that gives your adult account an extra brush in Advanced Sketch and Advanced Animate. You choose the price, minimum SEK 50; the same brush is included whatever you pay and a higher price adds no features. The final price including VAT is shown before you pay. It is not a subscription and has no recurring fee. It is not a charitable donation and is not tax deductible. Only adults can buy; children’s mode never shows the Star brush or purchase buttons.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, receipts, cancellation and refunds are governed by Paddle’s buyer terms (https://www.paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms). We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee under our refund policy.

Buyers may choose to show a star with a nickname on the support page; amounts and billing details are never shown.

Suspension and termination

We may restrict, suspend or terminate your access to the service or the Star brush for material breach, non-payment or reversed payment (such as a refund or chargeback), security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious violations of these terms. We will inform you where appropriate and permitted.

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. Before deletion you can export your work using the service’s export features. If access to the Star brush ends, work you have already created remains.

Availability and liability

Features, browser support and export formats can vary by device. We work to provide a functioning service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. The service is provided as is and, to the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties such as fitness for a particular purpose. Export important work regularly.

To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as loss of profit or data, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous twelve months. These limits do not apply to wilful misconduct, gross negligence, personal injury or where mandatory law provides otherwise. We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

You are responsible for claims arising from material you uploaded without the necessary rights or from your breach of these terms.

Changes

We may update the service and these terms. Material changes will be communicated with reasonable notice where possible. Any future paid model requires clear information and a new active choice. These terms do not limit mandatory consumer rights. You may not assign this agreement without our consent; we may assign it as part of a reorganisation or transfer of the business.

Contact, governing law and disputes

Contact Hjaldahl Group AB at contact@gocreate.se or the postal address below with questions or complaints. Swedish law applies to the extent mandatory rules do not give you other protection. Disputes are decided by the Swedish general courts. Consumers may, where applicable, use the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN).
